Otz's Comments :
Removes all luck involved from escaping a trap, making Survivors completely unable to free themselves without help unless they are ready to put themselves in the dying state. Notably, Survivors that down themselves will trigger certain Killer perks such as "Infectious Fright" or "Eruption". More importantly, this add-on gives you the certainty that either a Survivor will go down or that at least you'll be bothering multiple Survivors if someone is going for the rescue. This add-on is particularly mean against solo players that might not go for the rescue since they have no idea that this add-on is in play. In some situations, this effect can literally win you an entire game by paralyzing a Survivor and allowing you to chase the only other standing person. However, even with this add-on, you should still follow the general guideline of staying close to your traps. Despite its obvious strength, this add-on can still be 100% useless if Survivors only step in traps next to you or don't step in any trap in the first place.
